We are so excited to welcome three new staff members!
We want to extend a warm welcome to our new Community Engagement Coordinator Jill Faircloth Gillespie. In this role, Jill will help spread awareness and cultivate relationships with ministry friends and partners. Will you join us in welcoming Jill to the Lincoln family?
Janah Baker is a new Neighborhood Coordinator who will work directly with Lincoln residents and she will also be taking on the role of Volunteer Coordinator. Janah connected with LVM through our partnership with Church of the Highlands. When she found out about the field staff opening and prayed about it she felt the Lord leading her here. We are honored to have her, and know she will be a blessing to the families and volunteers she walks alongside!
Jennifer Morgan is our new Transition Coordinator and works to help process the multiple housing applications LVM receives weekly. Originally from Lexington, KY, Jennifer has called Huntsville home since 1996. She served in local missions at LVM partner church Willowbrook where she was first introduced to Lincoln. She began volunteering painting houses in Lincoln Village, and the rest is history!
Welcome to the Lincoln family, Jill, Janah and Jennifer!

Lincoln Village Ministry | Huntsville AL
Just a few miles from the most expensive houses in the inner city of Huntsville were men, women, and children surviving without the basic necessities. No running water or electricity. Plumbing didn’t work and floors were rotted from leaking pipes. Children had broken toys and went to bed hungry. A man with a heart for this inner city neighborhood stepped into the home of a little girl and her mother. That visit opened the man’s eyes and eventually a community’s eyes to the great need in their midst: the need for Christ.
Lincoln Village Ministries is the product of one man’s call to action. The call has spread all over the city of Huntsville to pour out the hope and love of Jesus Christ into the Lincoln community.
