Emergency

What Should I Do?

Complete Form + TEXT Properties & Coordinator

Require immediate attention for the safety of the occupants, the property, or your belongings. Please do not submit an emergency maintenance request online ONLY. ALSO, TEXT the Properties Directors & your Coordinator. Examples:

  • AC above 85 degrees, heat below 65 degrees
  • Major flooding (turn off water valve)
  • Fridge not working
  • Any security issue causing 911 to be called, lock malfunction, etc.
  • Clogged toilet (if only one is in the unit)
  • Tree damage, structural damage, fire, etc.

High Priority

What Should I Do?

Complete Form + Notify Coordinator

Requires expedited attention, but not immediate attention, it is considered a high-priority maintenance issue. High-priority issues receive first priority over non-emergency issues and are usually done during regular maintenance hours. Examples:

  • AC or heat not functioning well
  • Plumbing leak that can be caught in a bowl
  • Pest or animal control issues

Low Priority

What Should I Do?

Complete Form

Routine issues that do not require immediate attention and can be handled during normal maintenance hours. Examples:

  • Dripping faucet
  • Stove burner not working
  • Minor repairs
